How to stream to Facebook, YouTube and Instagram at the same time
Your fans are split across platforms: parents on Facebook, younger fans on Instagram, the wider world on YouTube. Multistreaming lets one live match reach all of them at once. Here's how it works and how to set it up for free.

What is multistreaming?
Multistreaming (also called simulcasting or restreaming) means sending one live video feed to several platforms simultaneously. Instead of choosing between Facebook and YouTube, you broadcast to both — and Instagram — from a single camera.
Why your phone can't do it alone
Each platform's app streams only to itself, and sending three separate streams from one phone would need three times the upload bandwidth. A multistreaming service solves this: your phone sends one stream to the cloud, and the cloud copies it to every platform.
How to multistream with Streemzy
- Open Streemzy and create a free account (free during beta).
- Add destinations — connect your Facebook Page, YouTube channel and Instagram account.
- Connect your camera — use your phone or any camera/encoder that supports RTMP.
- Optional: add live graphics with Scorezy so every platform shows the score.
- Go live — one click starts the broadcast everywhere at once.
Platform tips
- YouTube: enable live streaming in YouTube Studio ahead of time — first-time activation can take up to 24 hours.
- Facebook: stream to a Page rather than a personal profile so fans can follow and get notified, and check the post's audience is set to Public.
- Instagram: streaming from external tools depends on your account type and Instagram's current eligibility rules — use a professional account and check in advance.
Benefits for sports organizers
- Bigger live audience without extra equipment
- More value for sponsors whose logos appear on every platform
- Recordings on each platform plus a cloud copy for highlights
FAQ
Multistreaming questions
Can I go live on Facebook and YouTube at the same time?
Yes. With a multistreaming service like Streemzy you send one stream and it goes live on Facebook and YouTube simultaneously, plus Instagram if you add it.
Is there a free way to multistream?
Yes. Streemzy is free for everyone during the Sportzy beta.
Does multistreaming need more internet speed?
No. You upload a single stream to Streemzy, and the cloud distributes it to each platform, so your upload needs are the same as streaming to one platform.
Can I multistream from a phone?
Yes. Your phone sends one stream to Streemzy, which forwards it to Facebook, YouTube and Instagram.
